Like you, we read of Dr. Jeff Bradstreet’s death and were struck silent. A stalwart leader in treating autism, really helping families, his loss is huge in our community. Dan Olmsted interviewed Dr. Bradstreet 10 years ago for his The Age of Autism series with UPI. Here is the interview; the study he was calling for has finally been done and the results are awaited, a testament to his foresight and persistence. Our condolences to the Bradstreet family and the autism community who relied on his compassion and care.
WASHINGTON, June 28 (UPI) — Where are the unvaccinated homeschooled children with autism? Nowhere to be found, says a doctor who treats autistic children and is knowledgeable about the homeschooled world.
“It’s largely nonexistent,” Dr. Jeff Bradstreet told UPI’s Age of Autism. “It’s an extremely rare event.
Bradstreet treats autistic children at his medical practice in Palm Bay, Fla. He has a son whose autism he attributes to a vaccine reaction at 15 months. His daughter has been homeschooled, he describes himself as a “Christian family physician,” and he knows many of the leaders in the homeschool movement.
“There was this whole subculture of folks who went into homeschooling so they would never have to vaccinate their kids,” he said. “There’s this whole cadre who were never vaccinated for religious reasons.”
In that subset, he said, “unless they were massively exposed to mercury through lots of amalgams (mercury dental fillings in the mother) and/or big-time fish eating, I’ve not had a single case.”…

Do you rely on our local and national newspapers and media for accurate and honest reporting on the issues that affect all Americans? If so, you might want to consider that our newspapers are not reporting on some issues, issues of grave concern to many Americans.
Have you read about the CDC whistleblower? A senior scientist from CDC who issued a statement that he and his co-authors (other senior figures at CDC) deliberately omitted data to conceal the link they found between MMR and autism?[i]
Have you read that two former Merck scientists have blown the whistle and are suing vaccine-giant Merck in federal court for fraudulently altering data to show that the mumps portion of their MMR vaccine worked in 95% of recipients in order to retain their license from FDA when they knew it did not?[ii]
Have you read that the National Vaccination Compensation Program has compensated 83 cases of acknowledged vaccine-induced brain damage that include autism but federal health officials still claim vaccines don’t cause autism?[iii]

I’m going to piss off a few moms. Sorry. Bear with me, please. I’m doing this with love and 13+ years of experience. LOADS of love, including tough love.
Last month I was invited to speak at a local autism summit where there was a nice mix of education, technology, and biomedical topics covered. I was up last and I spent about 30 minutes going over what we did, what worked, what didn’t work . . . basically, the foundation of my son’s recovery from autism.
And it was work. My son worked, I worked, my husband worked.
After my talk, I had a couple of moms contact me to ask me questions, go over their children’s stories. I’ve given a few of these talks and find that the questions and the comments all seem to circle back to one thing:
Did the biomedical interventions really work, or would my son have recovered anyway?
Oh for heaven’s sake. Really?
Yes, really.
I’m going to be crystal clear:
My son would NOT have recovered without the biomedical intervention and support…
Vaccines and Autism – Is the MMR Guilty of Causing Autism?#android#iPad#retweet
Scientist William Thompson, CDC Senior Epidemiologist, has stated that he and his CDC colleagues consciously omitted data from a 2004 study (funded by vaccine manufacturers) that linked the MMR vaccine to autism. In his statement, Dr. Thompson said “I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information.” Dr. Thompson came forward after highly sensitive documents were released showing widespread manipulation of scientific data and pressure for CDC scientists to suppress a causal link between the MMR and autism[i]. The documents show that African American boys who received the MMR in 2003 had a 340% increased risk of autism.
In August of 2014, a re-analysis of the 2004 study was published in Translational Neurodegeneration showing a statistically significant relationship between the timing of the first MMR vaccine and autism incidence in African American males…
