Walgreens’ firing of a pharmacist who refused to administer flu vaccines on moral grounds was within the pharmacy giant’s rights, according to a federal judge.
 
Rodney Prewitt, 66, claimed he could not provide flu shots after a close friend developed Guillain-Barré syndrome following a flu vaccination, according to The Legal Intelligencer. Prewitt’s friend allegedly became paralyzed and died of complications from the disease….
 
…The pharmacist also filed an age discrimination claim against Walgreens and stated that younger pharmacists who were not yet able to immunize patients kept their regular hours, and he was not able to do the same, according to The Legal Intelligencer. Instead, Prewitt was allegedly asked to work night shifts at a store farther away from his home than his usual Walgreens pharmacy in Oxford, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Humphries states that when this statement was published on Dr. Offit’s website, a website specifically setup to “educate” professionals and others regarding vaccines, she sent a copy of this statement to “one of  the world’s most knowledgeable aluminum experts” who is usually very diplomatic and polite, and he replied with a very “unflattering statement” about Dr. Offit’s comment regarding aluminum…

It would probably be good to verify the strain of flu Chelsea has and which strain she was vaccinated against.  Making a note of her vaccine lot number,  for any compensation she may require through the National Vaccine Compensation Program.  www.NVIC.org is a good contact for what steps to take in this area.

I ache for what this couple must be going through right now.  I hope and pray Chelsea receives the best of care and support now and in the future.

March 2015 Settlements in Vaccine Court: 117 Vaccine Injuries and Deaths#android#iPad#retweet

The Depart of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (click on “Meeting Book PDF – 11 MB” and start reading at page 51.). This March 5, 2015 report states that there were 117 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths compensated from 11/16/2014 to 2/15/2015.

92 of the settlements were listed in the report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Five of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot. 73 of the 92 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media. We report them here at Health Impact News. Here is the March 5, 2015 report…

An Open Message to My GOP Colleagues Nationwide Regarding the Measles Outbreak & Vaccine Policies#Android#iBelieve#mustread

February 16, 2015:  Face it – the 2016 election cycle has begun.  You already know how masterful democratic strategists are at setting you up to make statements that are counter to your philosophy and to force your hand on issues because there is a perceived emergency.  You are getting played right now on the measles outbreak and resulting knee jerk legislative responses.  Keep in mind the statement made famous by your Democratic colleague now mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel’s:  “You never let a serious crisis go to waste.  And what I mean by that, it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”  Have you forgotten how the Ebola issue this year was used to attack the GOP regarding sequestration?

I urge you before you join onto any legislative actions or make sweeping statements, to pause and consider if there is a political consequence to these issues.  Don’t trust that the information you and your staff are given is accurate.  You already are seeing this political manipulation playing out with…

…“I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts.”

And one final thought – there is no such thing as ‘settled science’.  Scientists once thought the world was flat. Like Dr. Wakefield, Dr. Joseph Lister was run out of London for promoting his theory, a theory on disinfecting procedures that would save countless lives.

Despite hospital dangers, 99% of infants are born healthy. Most people are healthy when they get vaccines. Does it make sense to inject healthy people with anything that can kill them or possibly make them sick in order to maintain that health? Vaccines must have a 0% chance of any harmful effects whatsoever to the recipient.

Are today’s vaccines 100% safe, with 0% side effects? Keep reading.

LET’S JUST VACCINATE EVERYBODY!

At this time, vaccines are not mandatory in the US. Why not? Why not end all the hysterical media controversy and simply pass a law saying that everyone must get the full complement of vaccines on the CDC Schedule? Why don’t they do that?

OK, no more exemptions. As of today, every man, woman and child in the whole country must get all the 69 recommended vaccines…

For those that are about to hyperventilate at the thought of not everyone choosing to vaccinate with every vaccine on the “recommended” schedule, please keep in mind that there are another 200 new vaccines in the making.  There are many healthy families that choose not to vaccinate or to adjust the schedule as they see fit with doctors that educate and support in the process.  

As found in the above newsletter, the media is not specifying between the vaccine strain of measles and the naturally occurring strain.  If there is such a “panic”, then wouldn’t this be identified, as well as how the measles cases were each individually identified?

California is facing a pressing threat to have their long-time exemptions removed, save a medical exemption.  Many, many doctors are gun shy to give a medical exemption,  despite what a media “talking-head” might lead one to believe.  Exemptions are critical to keep in place to protect one’s family. 

One other thought.  I expect there would be many economic blows to California if these exemptions are revoked.  One of the first would be families opting to leave the state,  being there are a high percentage of private school families that invoke exemptions, especially in many of California’s ritzy areas.

Vaccine injures and adverse reactions are massively under-reported, as admitted by the Centers for Disease Control. Estimates show that only one to ten percent of vaccine injuries and deaths are actually filed with the government.

In the United States, the government has created a database to keep track of hundreds of kinds of reactions to vaccinations, including fevers, soreness, seizures, swelling of the brain, arthritis, and death. Since its inception, this program has awarded over $2.5 billion to individuals and families who have suffered vaccine injury and death. These awards are funded by taxes on vaccines.  [1]

Even though health care providers are required by law to report vaccine injuries, most of these adverse events are not made public in this database, known as the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Parents may not know that common reactions to vaccines, including fevers, long bouts of crying, or rashes following vaccination should be reported to their child’s doctor. When a more serious adverse event occurs, parents may be too overwhelmed to make sure a report is filed.

Unfortunately, rather than educating doctors and parents about the importance of reporting all adverse reactions to vaccines to the VAERS database, the US government has just tightened the requirements for reporting an adverse reaction, making the process even more difficult…

An increase in measles cases likely stemming from an illegal alien who visited California Disney theme parks has sent the pharmaceutical crowd into a tizzy and exposed its true agenda.

In a column in USA Today last week, Alex Berezow opined that “Parents who do not vaccinate their children should go to jail.” The piece is a mishmash of clichés, argle-bargle, half-truths, mistruths, outright lies and bullying about the efficacy of vaccines and their dangers.

In a fascist state like modern America, there is a marriage between big government and big industry. The government uses its propaganda and police power to get the crowd to conform.

The propaganda of the corporate state always manipulates the public mind to believe that “public policy” is good for them, when, in fact, the people are always manipulated against their best interest.

And Berezow uses all the typical catch phrases and intimidation techniques of the pharmaceutical crowd that cause people to doubt their own common sense and create for them a sort of cognitive dissonance. “Ignorant ‘anti-vaxxers’” he says, are causing measles to stage a comeback. It’s “ludicrous” for “anti-vaxxers” to claim a right to not to put “poison” in their bodies because vaccines are “safe and effective.” Other media reports blaming “anti-vaxxers” have called them selfish and dolts.

Let’s come to our senses. These medical Satanists are illegally assaulting our children and even infants with all manner of poisons and toxins in the name of “public policy.” And now that they see that in some quarters their intimidation and lie techniques are not working, they’re suggesting police power and jail time. Already, a parent is being threatened to have her children removed if she doesn’t submit to forced medication….
