Anti-vaxxers oppose all vaccines. Pro-vaxxers favor all vaccines. No, it is not that simple. Pro-vaxxers admit that certain groups should not receive certain vaccines and that vaccine injury does happen, although it is “rare”.

Most so-called anti-vaxxers actually favor some vaccines but oppose others. Most oppose giving many vaccines all at one time. Most say they are only asking for safer vaccines.

Amid the name calling, there is a reasonable middle ground. Dr. Mark Geier, M.D., Ph.D., associated with Johns Hopkins and the National Institutes of Health, author of over a hundred peer reviewed journal articles, is a moderate we should pay attention to. (Go to YouTube and search for “Dr. Mark Geier Thimerosal”.)

Dr. Geier supports the measles-only vaccine, but he opposes the MMR, measles-mumps-rubella vaccine, because it has caused confirmed adverse reactions and death. Likewise, Dr. Gregory Poland, of the Mayo Clinic holds that the MMR is largely ineffective.

It is lazy language to say that vaccines are “safe and effective”…

Scientist William Thompson, CDC Senior Epidemiologist, has stated that he and his CDC colleagues consciously omitted data from a 2004 study (funded by vaccine manufacturers) that linked the MMR vaccine to autism. In his statement, Dr. Thompson said “I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information.” Dr. Thompson came forward after highly sensitive documents were released showing widespread manipulation of scientific data and pressure for CDC scientists to suppress a causal link between the MMR and autism[i]. The documents show that African American boys who received the MMR in 2003 had a 340% increased risk of autism.

In August of 2014, a re-analysis of the 2004 study was published in Translational Neurodegeneration showing a statistically significant relationship between the timing of the first MMR vaccine and autism incidence in African American males…

My life is about choices and I was presented with a choice one is that you act in the patient’s interest, you continue to pursue their story to test it’s validity in a scientific setting and to determine whether it is right or wrong or you can just walk away.
 
You can say to the next mother who comes in “look, I know your story may be valid, I know your kids suffering but I’m really sorry, could you just go and find someone else?” That was the choice, it was as stark as that and I took the former. The Disneyland measles outbreak is now officially over. But the whole affair is not over. Big Pharma is pushing their vaccines more than ever. And why shouldn’t they? How would you like it if you had a patent on a drug that was approved to be used on every single man, woman, and child even if they were well? Big Pharma has that in vaccines. And how about if you got the government to protect you from any liability in the event that your drug caused damage or death? Big Pharma has that as well. And how about if you got the insurance industry to pay for the drug? Check, they have that too. And finally, how about if you got the government to force everyone to take the drug? That would really be great. The money would roll in like crazy without any risk or liability. The perfect scenario for a drug company. But here’s the problem. They don’t have that — yet!

As I start to write this I must admit that it is probably one of the most controversial subjects I will ever have to tackle. By now most of you know my own decision was made many years ago to go with a natural form of immunization rather than with the more generally accepted vaccination. But that is only part of a total program that I follow to give me the confidence that the immune system of my dogs is working at it’s optimum.

This website is dedicated to providing factual information and background for breeders to become sufficiently informed to make their own decisions. Therefore I will do my best not to allow my personal bias to enter this series of articles and try to bring you facts from both sides of the issue.

You may be asking yourself what all the fuss is about. Plainly stated, there is no such thing as a 100% effective form of protection against disease!!

Putting it simply, all animals have a unique means of survival with the ability of the body to recognize foreign substances (proteins) and eliminate them. This is maintained by the production of antibodies by certain of their blood cells, often in response to infections. The body thus gains “immunity” to the infection–if it survives.

Those who are observant have noticed a dangerous trend in the United States, as well as worldwide, and that is the resorting of various governments at different levels to mandating forced vaccination upon the public at large. My State of Mississippi has one of the most-restrictive vaccine-exemption laws in the United States, where exemptions are allowed only upon medical recommendation. Ironically, this is only on paper, as many have had as many as three physicians, some experts in neurological damage caused by vaccines, provide written calls for exemption, only to be turned down by the State’s public-health officer.

Worse are the States, such as Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maryland, where forced vaccinations have either been mandated by the courts, the state legislature, or have such legislation pending. All of such policies strongly resemble those policies found in National Socialist empires, Stalinist countries, or Communist China…
