You’ve all heard it by now, a young woman died from pneumonia after an autopsy revealed that she had the measles virus. I just love it when the media (backed of course by their big pharma advertisers) use manipulation techniques to push their agendas, as if we’re sheep wandering aimlessly about without our brains. Do they really think we’re that stupid? Did they think we would forget that just a few weeks ago, the American Medical Association (which is also heavily funded by big pharma) said they were going to push to eliminate non-medical vaccine exemptions by applying pressure to legislators (who are also funded by big pharma)?

They know this is exactly what’s needed to push the type of unconstitutional cow poop that was passed last week in California, in other states, and we have a federal bill eliminating non-medical exemptions on the horizon. There’s nothing to get the people rallied behind vaccine mandates like a scary measles story and they desperately needed one. Fear trumps constitutional liberties…or is it money? It’s all starting to blur together.

However, there were some huge inconsistencies in this story that are worth pointing out. If you have the ability to read between the lines like I do, you probably already caught them, but just in case you need to clue some peeps in, we should get on the same page.

March 2015 Settlements in Vaccine Court: 117 Vaccine Injuries and Deaths#android#iPad#retweet

The Depart of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (click on “Meeting Book PDF – 11 MB” and start reading at page 51.). This March 5, 2015 report states that there were 117 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths compensated from 11/16/2014 to 2/15/2015.

92 of the settlements were listed in the report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Five of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot. 73 of the 92 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media. We report them here at Health Impact News. Here is the March 5, 2015 report…

More than 1.2 million people in the United States are infected with HIV 1 but government officials do not ban HIV infected children and adults from attending school, receiving medical care, being employed, or otherwise participating in society. In fact, there are anti-discrimination laws that guarantee civil rights protections for Americans infected with HIV or living with AIDS. 2

No Discrimination or Societal Sanctions for Infected Citizens

In 2012, public health officials reported that about two million people in America are infected with chlamydia, tuberculosis, syphilis and gonorrhea, 3 and they estimate another three million people are infected with hepatitis C. 4 Like those with HIV or AIDS, these citizens are not targeted for discrimination and blocked from getting a public education, being employed or moving freely in society.

Live Polio Vaccinated Children Could Still Attend School

Between 1963 and 1999, doctors gave live oral polio vaccine to millions of healthy American children, who became infected with vaccine strain polioviruses they shed in their body fluids and transmitted, sometimes causing other children and adults to contract vaccine strain polio paralysis and die. 5  6 Those with compromised immune systems were at special risk for getting vaccine strain polio and shedding vaccine strain poliovirus for longer periods of time than healthy persons. Yet, children recently given live oral polio vaccine were not excluded from attending school.

Calls for Societal Sanctions After Measles Diagnosed at Disneyland

But in 2015 after a handful of measles cases were identified at Disneyland, suddenly Americans are being asked to surrender civil liberties. We are being asked to discriminate against and condone extreme societal sanctions against fellow citizens, 7 including removing religious and conscientious belief vaccine exemptions from state laws 8 9 so children cannot attend school without 49 doses of 14 federally recommended vaccines by age six and 20 more vaccinations by age 18. 10

How did a handful of measles cases at Disneyland turn into a full-scale assault on civil and human rights in America?…

Merck Has Some Explaining To Do Over Its MMR Vaccine Claims#android#iPad#retweet

Merck, the pharmaceutical giant, is facing a slew of controversies over its Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine following numerous allegations of wrongdoing from different parties in the medical field, including two former Merck scientists-turned-whistleblowers. A third whistleblower, this one a scientist at the Centers for Disease Control, also promises to bring Merck grief following his confession of misconduct involving the same MMR vaccine.

The controversies will find Merck defending itself and its vaccine in at least two federal court cases after a U.S. District judge earlier this month threw out Merck’s attempts at dismissal. Merck now faces federal charges of fraud from the whistleblowers, a vaccine competitor and doctors in New Jersey and New York. Merck could also need to defend itself in Congress: The staff of representative Bill Posey (R-Fla) — a longstanding critic of the CDC interested in an alleged link between vaccines and autism — is now reviewing some 1,000 documents that the CDC whistleblower turned over to them.

The first court case, United States v. Merck & Co., stems from claims by two former Merck scientists that Merck “fraudulently misled the government and omitted, concealed, and adulterated material information regarding the efficacy of its mumps vaccine in violation of the FCA [False Claims Act].”

According to the whistleblowers’ court documents, Merck’s misconduct was far-ranging…

Bringing Much-Needed Sanity to the Vaccine Debate#iBelieve#Android#Measles

I’ve tried to stay away from the vaccine debate, but it’s reached a psychological tipping point for me.

Watching the back-and-forth on social media alone has made it clear that there are massive critical thinking issues. And if we’re going to get to any sort of agreement or respect between the camps, those critical thinking issues have to end.

As the title says, I want to bring sanity to the discussion. That doesn’t mean I want to change your position on vaccines…it means I want people to stop acting irrationally.

So, while this is quite random, here’s what needs to be addressed in order to restore sanity…

Despite hospital dangers, 99% of infants are born healthy. Most people are healthy when they get vaccines. Does it make sense to inject healthy people with anything that can kill them or possibly make them sick in order to maintain that health? Vaccines must have a 0% chance of any harmful effects whatsoever to the recipient.

Are today’s vaccines 100% safe, with 0% side effects? Keep reading.

LET’S JUST VACCINATE EVERYBODY!

At this time, vaccines are not mandatory in the US. Why not? Why not end all the hysterical media controversy and simply pass a law saying that everyone must get the full complement of vaccines on the CDC Schedule? Why don’t they do that?

OK, no more exemptions. As of today, every man, woman and child in the whole country must get all the 69 recommended vaccines…

For those that are about to hyperventilate at the thought of not everyone choosing to vaccinate with every vaccine on the “recommended” schedule, please keep in mind that there are another 200 new vaccines in the making.  There are many healthy families that choose not to vaccinate or to adjust the schedule as they see fit with doctors that educate and support in the process.  

As found in the above newsletter, the media is not specifying between the vaccine strain of measles and the naturally occurring strain.  If there is such a “panic”, then wouldn’t this be identified, as well as how the measles cases were each individually identified?

California is facing a pressing threat to have their long-time exemptions removed, save a medical exemption.  Many, many doctors are gun shy to give a medical exemption,  despite what a media “talking-head” might lead one to believe.  Exemptions are critical to keep in place to protect one’s family. 

One other thought.  I expect there would be many economic blows to California if these exemptions are revoked.  One of the first would be families opting to leave the state,  being there are a high percentage of private school families that invoke exemptions, especially in many of California’s ritzy areas.
