Those who are observant have noticed a dangerous trend in the United States, as well as worldwide, and that is the resorting of various governments at different levels to mandating forced vaccination upon the public at large. My State of Mississippi has one of the most-restrictive vaccine-exemption laws in the United States, where exemptions are allowed only upon medical recommendation. Ironically, this is only on paper, as many have had as many as three physicians, some experts in neurological damage caused by vaccines, provide written calls for exemption, only to be turned down by the State’s public-health officer.
Worse are the States, such as Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maryland, where forced vaccinations have either been mandated by the courts, the state legislature, or have such legislation pending. All of such policies strongly resemble those policies found in National Socialist empires, Stalinist countries, or Communist China…

From England comes a report on the preliminary results of a well structured survey concerning possible health problems resulting from vaccination of dogs.
Although this is an ongoing survey the early tabulation on approximately 2,700 dogs appears to confirm our concerns with the potential for adverse effects from vaccination….
…The survey indicates a strong statistical probability that such a link does in fact exist! Some examples after vaccination are:
- Diarrhea– 4.9% of dogs surveyed had diarrhea (68% of these within the first three months).
- Allergies– 3.8% had allergies (55.6% within the first three months).
- Colitis– 2.7% had colitis (56.9% first three months).
- Dry Eye/conjunctivitis– 2.5% of dogs surveyed (56.9% within first three months)
- Epilepsy– 2.1% had epilepsy (65.5% in first three months).
- Loss of appetite– 3.4% suffered a loss of appetite (79.8% within first three months).
- Nasal discharges– 1.7% showed nasal discharges (84.1% within three months of vaccination)….

One of the pieces of Obamacare is tracking. They have plans to track on many levels, one of which is vaccines. It isn’t difficult to see the government dictating much of our lives if exemptions/waivers were retracted.
If this freedom isn’t kept, then it won’t be difficult to monitor the next and the next.
Within the Obamacare administration, there are individuals with plans to monitor prescriptions next.
Would you want to feel forced to take a prescription or lose your job. Say it’s statins.
What if you were told, “We think your child needs such and such prescription”, and if you didn’t then your child couldn’t attend daycare or school.
How many times are prescriptions promoted as the next best thing and then not too far down the road there is permanent health damage or death.

The California Legislature’s debate over whether to make childhood vaccines mandatory has attracted another high-profile personality: Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the son of the late U.S. senator and nephew of former President John F. Kennedy.
In a call Monday to The Sacramento Bee, Kennedy Jr. – a longtime skeptic of the safety of some vaccine ingredients – said he’s hoping to organize a Sacramento screening of a film that he wants legislators to see before they vote on Senate Bill 277. The measure, by Sen. Richard Pan, D-Sacramento, would eliminate the ability of parents to opt out of having their children vaccinated based on their personal beliefs. It has touched off an impassioned debate among California parents pitting arguments of personal freedom against public health…
Kennedy Jr. calls himself “pro-vaccine” and said he has vaccinated all six of his children. Yet he has become a loud voice in the movement that questions the safety of vaccines. He promotes the idea that vaccines can cause autism – an idea not supported by mainstream science – and says pharmaceutical companies that make vaccines have too much political clout…

I cannot wait to see this new documentary. It is long overdue, for the censorship to be lifted and the truth to come forward in this area. I look forward to the day when sentences are reversed, based on solid science, and the innocent individuals freed from being wrongly imprisoned. Time to look past the lucrative sensationalism of shaken baby syndrome.

A new film exposing the corruption behind much of the Shaken Baby Syndrome diagnosis used to remove children from the custody of their parents, and in some cases put parents behind bars, is currently making its way through the film festival circuit. The Syndrome is a film produced and directed by Meryl Goldsmith, a Los Angeles-based filmmaker who teamed up with her cousin and investigative reporter Susan Goldsmith as the co-producer and editor. It is Meryl Goldsmith’s feature directorial debut, according to the film’s website. Included in the cast are doctors and law professors.
Lauren Kirchner, writing for the Pacific Standard Magazine, recently interviewed Susan Goldsmith and discussed the opposition the film has received from the medical community:
Many of the film’s subjects have dedicated their professional lives to gaining attention to updated research on child injuries, and to defending accused abusers in court. For this, they have faced a huge backlash from the doctors and prosecutors who disagree. The filmmakers knew they’d get swept up in that, too. Many film festivals that considered including the film were threatened with litigation, and accused of promoting child abuse, the filmmakers said in a recent interview.
“This is a theme in our film—how the proponents of shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma have tried to silence their critics,” Susan Goldsmith says. “And that theme is extending to here and now, to our documentary…

The Depart of Justice issues a report on vaccine injuries and deaths every quarter to the Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (click on “Meeting Book PDF – 11 MB” and start reading at page 51.). This March 5, 2015 report states that there were 117 cases for vaccine injuries and deaths compensated from 11/16/2014 to 2/15/2015.
92 of the settlements were listed in the report, giving the name of the vaccines, the injury, and the amount of time the case was pending before settlement. Five of those settlements were for deaths linked to vaccines, with three deaths related to the flu shot. 73 of the 92 settlements were for injuries and deaths due to the flu shot, and the majority of flu shot injuries were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.
These quarterly reports on vaccine injuries and death settlements from the U.S. vaccine court are seldom, if ever, reported in the mainstream media. We report them here at Health Impact News. Here is the March 5, 2015 report…
