Here is a quick, and simple list of steps you can take to get an idea. Follow your inner compass to determine the order, and time frame best for you.

- Consider which prescriptions, or in some cases, if any are necessary for you.

I have found, along with many others, that as we simplify the diet, we can listen better to what the body requires, to function Well.

I find a 1-2 month clearing will be quite telling. Don’t run faster than you have strength, but be wise.
Then choose which items to add back in, refrain from, and implement in moderation.

With such a serious health outbreak as Ebola, I can’t think of a better time to ask the question: How healthy am I?
