John Hopkins Scientist Reveals Shocking Report On Flu Vaccines#Flu#Family#Android

By: Sylvia Booth Hubbard

A Johns Hopkins scientist has issued a blistering report on influenza vaccines in the British Medical Journal (BMJ). Peter Doshi, Ph.D., charges that although the vaccines are being pushed on the public in unprecedented numbers, they are less effective and cause more side effects than alleged by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Further, says Doshi, the studies that underlie the CDC’s policy of encouraging most people to get a yearly flu shot are often low quality studies that do not substantiate the official claims.

Promoting influenza vaccines is one of the most visible and aggressive public health policies in the United States, says Doshi of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Drug companies and public officials press for widespread vaccination each fall, offering vaccinations in drugstores and supermarkets. The results have been phenomenal. Only 20 years ago, 32 million doses of influenza vaccine were available in the United States on an annual basis. Today, the total has skyrocketed to 135 million doses.

“The vaccine may be less beneficial and less safe than has been claimed, and the threat of influenza seems to be overstated,” Doshi says…

I have been considering boycotting stores, as much as possible, that “wallpaper” their storefronts, and such with flu shot propaganda.  Do they realize how they are hurting their customers or is it all about the mighty dollar?

Italy will investigate 11 Deaths linked to flu vaccine#Flu#Family#mtvstars

THE number of people who have died in Italy after being administered a flu vaccine made by Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis has risen to 13.

The Italian Medical Agency (AIFA) has warned against panic and stressed there is not proof yet that it was the vaccine that led to the deaths.

It said it banned two batches of the product — called FLUAD — as a precautionary measure, pending further studies…

6 Reasons I Won’t Give My Kids The Nasal Flu Vaccine#Flu#Family#Vaccines

Written By: Celeste McGovern

Two of my daughters arrived home from primary school last week with public health packages in their bags. It’s that time of year again, when nurses are out in force like army recruitment officers, waging a war on deadly germs and rounding up volunteers for vaccines.

This year in the United Kingdom the intranasal flu vaccine is being rolled out. It’s already been used in the United States where 14 to 15 million doses of AstraZeneca’s FluMist are currently in distribution for this flu season but this is the first year it is being offered under the brand name Fluenza Tetra in the UK  to all children older than 24 months and it is heavily promoted by public health officials.  They’ve even produced  a “Flu Hero” cartoon  directed at children in which a superhero gives a little boy a nasal flu vaccine which, like a bite from a radioactive spider, transforms him into a superhero himself with super defenses.

I hate the flu as much as other parents, but the public health information struck me as superficial and smacked of a sales pitch, so I decided to look a little deeper into the vaccine and here are the top half dozen reasons my children won’t be going near it…

Cholesterol often wrong target in heart disease risk#health#cholesterol#heartattack

Here is another great post from one of our, Featured Doctors , containing a surprise on one of the big culprits behind heart disease.  Please take a moment to read over the post, and add to your natural immunity resources.

Cholesterol often wrong target in heart disease risk                                                             Cardiology concept.

By Dr Flannery

Everyone has heard that high cholesterol is bad for heart health. But as it turns out, the association between cholesterol and cardiovascular disease has been somewhat misrepresented. Doctors are starting to accept that cholesterol levels do not necessarily predict risk for heart disease as much as we thought. Consider the following:

75 percent of people who have heart attacks have normal cholesterol.
Older patients with lower cholesterol have a higher risk of death than those with higher cholesterol.
Countries with higher average cholesterol than Americans such as the Swiss or Spanish have less heart disease.
Recent evidence shows that it is likely statins’ ability to lower inflammation that accounts for the benefits of statins, not their ability to lower cholesterol.
We need cholesterol!

Cholesterol is a fat-like substance found in every cell in the human body. The liver makes 75 percent of cholesterol. Cholesterol helps produce cell membranes, vitamin D, and vital hormones, and is needed for neurological function. Put bluntly, we would die without it.
The cholesterol players

When we measure cholesterol levels, we are actually measuring the lipoproteins LDL and HDL. We refer to them as cholesterol, but they are actually small packages of fat and protein that help move cholesterol throughout the body.

High-density lipoprotein — HDL

This is considered “good” cholesterol. It helps keep cholesterol away from your arteries and removes excess arterial plaque.

Low-density lipoprotein — LDL

This is considered “bad” cholesterol. It can build up in the arteries, forming plaque that narrows the arteries and makes them less flexible (atherosclerosis).

Also important are:

Triglycerides

Elevated levels of this dangerous fat have been linked to heart disease and diabetes. Levels rise from eating too many sugars and grains, smoking, being physically inactive, excessive drinking and being overweight.

Lipoprotein (a) or Lp(a)

Lp(a) is made up of an LDL part plus a protein (apoprotein a). Elevated Lp(a) levels are a very strong risk for heart disease.

When testing cholesterol, total cholesterol is not as important as:
Levels of HDL “good” cholesterol versus LDL “bad” cholesterol
Triglyceride levels
The ratio of triglycerides to HDL
The ratio of total cholesterol to HDL

In order for cholesterol to cause disease, it has to damage the arterial walls. There are small and large particles of LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. Large particles are practically harmless, while small, dense particles are the dangerous ones, lodging in the arterial walls, causing damage and inflammation. The resulting “scar” is called plaque. Repeated trauma causes a buildup of plaque and chronic inflammation while your risk of high blood pressure and heart attack increases.
The biggest culprits in high cholesterol? Sugar and bad fats!

Although we’ve been taught that a high-fat diet causes problems with cholesterol, the type of fat you eat is more important than the quantity. Trans fats, or hydrogenated and saturated fats, promote abnormal cholesterol, while omega-3 fats and monounsaturated fats actually improve the type of cholesterol in our bodies. Eat your good fats, your body needs them!

The surprise: the biggest source of abnormal cholesterol isn’t dietary fat, but sugar. Sugar (and refined carbs, including processed white foods), drives good cholesterol down and triglycerides up. It causes those small particles, encouraging dangerous plaque buildup, and can lead to heart disease and metabolic syndrome or “pre-diabetes.” Doctors are starting to admit that sugar, not dietary fat, is the bigger cause of most heart attacks.

So, the real concern isn’t really the amount of total cholesterol you have, but the type of fats, sugar, and refined carbohydrates in your diet that lead to abnormal cholesterol production.
Inflammation promotes heart disease

Systemic inflammation plays a key role in heart disease and, in fact, most all chronic illnesses. Systemic inflammation can arise from poor diet, a sedentary lifestyle, stress, allergies, and more. Research at Harvard has shown that people with high levels of systemic inflammation (measured by a test called C-reactive protein, or CRP) had higher risk for heart disease than those with high cholesterol, while normal cholesterol was not protective to those with high CRP.

Clearly, multiple factors come together to determine your risk for heart disease, including diet, lifestyle, and environment. If you are concerned about your heart health, contact my office for a comprehensive evaluation to help reveal the factors that may increase your risk for heart disease.

8 Reasons I Haven’t Vaccinated My Daughter #Mandated Vaccines #Adverse Reactions To Vaccines #Natural Immunity

One Reason #Vaccines #Mandatory Vaccines #Adverse Reactions To Vaccines

There was one time that I visited a specialist regarding some persistent pain and discomfort I was experiencing.  He seemed to recognize the issue quickly and was confident in the suggested steps.

Some medication and diet changes to begin with and an ultrasound for further investigation.  On the next visit we discussed the improvement but I was informed a surgical procedure would bring a significant improvement and without symptoms would worsen.

I took the advice and following this procedure I realized excruciating pain.  The anesthesiologist told me that my body was expressing pain during the surgery.  He relayed some symptoms and said that is how they know the body is under great stress from pain during surgery.

I went home and was hooked to a catheter for about a week and continued to experience much pain.

I share this example for one reason.

This is not uncommon, accepting medical advice from a trained professional in the proper field.  It’s just that often mistakes are made.

About a year later I had reconstructive surgery to repair some injuries in this particular area.  The prior surgery wasn’t necessary and I underwent extreme duress and immobility for a time.

The specialist only had the information he had been taught and went off his best knowledge.  There was important information unknown to him.

When looking at vaccinations, it is important to realize that many doctors can only share what they have been taught.  It doesn’t take much study to find that it is significantly limited in regards to vaccinations and nutrition.

There are no watch dogs in regards to vaccinations. The supposed agencies have a revolving door and have dropped the ball. Maybe over time this can be corrected but in the meantime…

This site can assist in research especially with all the many web links listed within the articles and posts.  There is a world of knowledge available and at our finger tips.

The responsibility lies with the patient.

Let’s begin with 2014, and learn the facts and strengthen our natural immunity.

To healing, good health, friendship and prosperity,

Vaccination During Pregnancy, Is It Safe? #Vaccines #Adverse Reactions From Vaccines #Preganancy & Vaccines

November 10, 2013

By Barbara Loe Fisher

It was 1977 when I found out I was going to become a Mom. I instinctively knew I needed to be careful while I was pregnant, especially during the first two trimesters when the major organ systems of the fetus develop at a rapid rate. In the 1960’s there had been a lot of publicity about babies dying or being born without arms or legs because women had taken a drug (Thalidomide) for morning sickness in the first or second trimester of pregnancy1 and I wanted to make sure I did everything I could to protect my health and the health of my baby before and after he was born.

Mothers to be in my generation were told to take extra vitamins and eat nutritious food but, most of all, to avoid anything that could harm the developing fetus like alcohol, cigarette smoke, medications, radiation, household cleaning products and other toxic exposures. Some of us were aware of the risks of heavy anesthesia during delivery and signed up for Lamaze classes to prepare for a drug-free birth, which many obstetricians discouraged, and we chose to breastfeed, even though a lot of pediatricians were pushing formula and bottles back then…

There is a lot of wisdom to be gained from individuals that have witnessed changes in standard health recommendations over the decades without a vested interest.  I once heard the suggestion, “If you want to be good at something then study from those who are successful at that particular skill.” This quote sounds like the obvious but how often do “experts” rely on a biased, financially lucrative view or put trust and base their word on organizations that with a small amount of research prove questionable? I would think when giving health advice to pregnant woman that it should truly be the best and proven healthy advice.
