2016 will be my 34th year as a vaccine safety and human rights activist.1 For more than 20 years I have been warning that the day would come when vaccine extremists and profiteers would move to legally force Americans to buy and use all government mandated vaccines and punish those who refuse.23 Still, it was a shock to see it happen in California this year,4 even as I know that preparations are being made by vaccine extremists to attack the religious and conscientious belief vaccine exemptions in more states next year.5 6
But knowing and predicting what will happen is very different from watching it actually happen.
Born in Minnesota to a mother, who was a nurse, and a father, who fought on the beach at Anzio and then re-enlisted in the Army after returning from World War II,7 I was raised with a deep respect for the values and beliefs upon which this Republic was founded and for the natural rights and principles of democratic government outlined in the U.S. Constitution.8 Like so many others who are grateful for freedom of thought and religion in this country, my abiding faith in a Creator of the natural order sustains me during my life’s journey and I believe Americans will not give up the natural rights and cultural values that define who we are as a nation without a fight.

I was raised like most Americans. Doctors were highly respected in my parents’ home and their authority on health matters was not questioned. My parents followed their physicians’ advice on healthcare and I was no different when raising my own children.
I was careful to follow the health and dietary recommendations when my children were young and I believed that vaccines would keep my children safe from disease. In fact, I believed wholeheartedly that the more vaccines we had, the better protected my family would be. Out of love, I gave myself and my children every new vaccine available. I consulted with our physicians and with full trust followed their advice.
The Vaccine That Woke Me Up To Vaccine Dangers
After consulting with my trusted obstetrician, who had delivered all three of my children, along with my pediatrician, I made the fateful decision to vaccinate my two daughters with the HPV vaccination series. Several months later, one child developed a serious case of the debilitating autoimmune disorder, Crohn’s disease, which robbed her of several years of her childhood. We continue to battle this ravaging disease.
It took many years and countless consultations with integrative, holistic physicians before I recognized the link between the HPV vaccination and my daughter’s illness. To be honest, there was only one holistic physician, who specialized in autism, who helped us make this connection. The many others, including a certified functional medicine doctor, failed to connect these two events.
I now believe wholeheartedly that the HPV vaccine and my daughter’s development of a life-threatening autoimmune disorder was no coincidence…

A mother whose son attends Alief ISD’s Miller Intermediate says that faith was badly broken
when her child was immunized without her consent.
“On January 21st he received three vaccines without my consent,” said the mother whose identity Fox 26 has agreed to conceal to protect her son’s privacy.
The immunizations, confirmed on shot records, were delivered by personnel from Care Van, an affiliate of the Caring For Children Foundation of Texas and a longtime Alief ISD partner.
The parent says she’s particularly upset that her son was instructed to answer health questions on the pre-immunization questionnaire.
“I get home and my son my 11-year-old tells me they set him down and had him fill them out,” said the mother.
And it gets worse. Among the trio of immunizations delivered was the HPV vaccine, an inoculation against a sexually transmitted virus…

The evidence shows that the 2014-2015 influenza vaccine was an unmitigated failure. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) itself admitted that last year there had been considerable “drift” in the influenza strain most commonly in circulation: The A (H3N2) type unexpectedly predominant had not been predicted by those who were deciding on which strains to include in the 2014-2015 annual flu vaccine and so that A type strain was not included.1 
The CDC has predicted that this year’s formula will more closely match the circulating strains, but the make-up of the vaccine is, at best, an educated guessing game, with decisions made long before flu season hits to give manufacturers time to produce and distribute enough of the vaccine to cover the world. We’re now watching carefully this season.
How will the 2015-2016 vaccine fare? Is it worth exposing ourselves and our children to the potential side effects of another vaccine that may not help very much?
